Job Description ECU Health About ECU Health Medical Center ECU Health Medical Center, one of four academic medical centers in North Carolina, is the 974-bed flagship hospital for ECU Health and serves as the primary teaching hospital for The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Position Summary - Maintains repairs and installs electrical equipment and appliances.
- Installs, maintains and repairs electrical distribution systems.
- Assists in control circuits and fire alarms panel maintenance testing, installation and repair.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Note: Major duties have no order to importance.
Minimum Requirements - High School or higher.
- Should know how to read and interpret National Electric Code NPFA 101 (Life Safety Code) and other codes as required.
- More than 1 year but less than 2 years.
- Electrical construction in commercial industrial and institutional wiring previous hospital electrical maintenance.

Shift Explanation:
- 0700 - 1500
- Monday- Friday
- Some weekend work and early morning work to Run/Testing Generators ( if applicable).
