Day-to-day role:- Follow practices and processes intended to provide safe products that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company quality standards, and serve the needs of our customers. This includes a commitment to a process of continuous improvement.- Troubleshoot, diagnosis and repair any electronic/electrical problems with equipment/machinery.- Troubleshoot, diagnosis and repair AC/DC motors and drive systems.- Perform maintenance on facility electrical systems to include lighting, outlets, HVAC and ventilation systems.- Repair solid-state electronic components.- Draw electrical schematics.- Understand precedence relationships (for example, sequence of events).- Complete root cause analysis and recommend solutions.- Perform other duties within the employee's training and skills as directed by the supervisor and/or manager.Full benefits package:Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company matching contributions, paid vacation, paid holidays, short-term disability, tuition assistance, product discount.Overtime available
