We will support and pay for the individual's Contractor licensing and training. In return, you will bring your skill and experience as a responsible managing employee (RME) to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and HVAC systems, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to quality workmanship. Responsibilities: - Implement a new division of the company - Install, maintain, and repair electrical and HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and HVAC systems - Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal functioning - Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations - Communicate effectively with team members and clients - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used - Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices Requirements: - Contractor's License or the willingness to obtain a Contractor's License - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program - Journeyman electrician license - HVAC certification preferred - Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical and HVAC systems - Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision We are committed to providing our clients with top-notch electrical services.
