Positions Primary Objective: Install Radon Mitigation Systems into existing homes following a proven strategy that you will learn in training. Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work. Install will include hooking up electrical disconnects. Tasks and Responsibilities:This position requires a diverse skill set, however, to fill the primary needs of this position the incumbent must:
- Make Customers Happy:
- Keeps customers home clean and proactively takes measures to leave it in better condition than found.
- Get Work Done:
- Safely and efficiently performs installation duties.
- Collects payment from the customer when the job is completed.
- Completes installation at/or below the defined labor percentage.
- Proactively reviews job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and loads truck.
- Safety:
- Ensures that all aspects of work are being performed safely and calls out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
