In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Electrical Engineer to support operations by ensuring the reliability and functionality of electrical systems.Core Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and address electrical maintenance needs to support smooth operations.
  • Install, repair, test, and troubleshoot industrial electrical equipment and associated controls, including Allen Bradley PLCs, automation controllers, and
HMIs.
  • Rotate shifts periodically and assist with troubleshooting electrical welding methods, handling high voltage (3 phase, 480V) as required.
  • Conduct periodic inspections, tests, and maintenance procedures on equipment to maintain optimal performance.
  • Read and interpret schematics and electrical terminations to diagnose root problems effectively.
  • Install and connect power supply wiring and conduit for new equipment installations.
  • Diagnose malfunctions in equipment, making repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Communicate any electrical issues to engineering and plant management to facilitate timely resolutions.
Qualifications:Proven experience as an Electrician or Technician in an industrial setting, with a strong focus on automation.Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) and automation systems.Knowledge of high voltage electrical systems (3 phase, 480V).Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read electrical schematics.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently!Interested in hearing more?
