Our Global Manufacturing client is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for multiple facilities like this one in SE Indiana. Techs will handle mechanical work needed in the plant and on machinery.Candidates must be willing to work in all maintenance skill areas; however, mechanical maintenance skills and knowledge will be the focus of this recruiting effort.Experienced Techs will be considered and hired from local or outside the area, and relocation is possible. Sign on Bonuses available.FEATURES AND BENEFITS:Competitive Hourly Comp package and Overtime, full benefits and more.THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:Review mechanical malfunctions as they occur in order to determine cause, resolve the malfunction and provide necessary preventative actions where possible.Maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade the plant's systems used to operate, interface and control the plant's equipment.Review proposed equipment installations and modifications to plan and execute these upgrades.Support emergency troubleshooting and repair requirements on a call in basis.Support 24 hour shift maintenance vacation coverage on an as needed basis.BACKGROUND PROFILE:2 years' experience in ManufacturingFamiliar with computer-controlled machine tools and production equipment.High school diploma required, Associate's Degree a plus.2+ years professional mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting.Able to support the plant in all maintenance skill areas to include all types of mechanical and electrical repairs and upgrades.Support the plant maintenance and operations activities during critical scheduled shutdowns.Associate Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Manufacturing
