This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that cares for its employees and for its customers around the globe, and values innovation, quality and passion.Main responsibilities:Design electrical systems and develop new product linesEvaluate new components and validate new vendorsPerform troubleshooting for customers and distributorsSupport the assembly of complex productsCould be responsible of managing the assembly line in a second stepActivities:Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting technical market research; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.Confirms system and component capabilities (testing methods are already in place, but new ones can be designed if needed).Develops electrical products following sales and marketing prerequisites.Seeks to improve current product line.Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.Conducts technical watch and benchmark on products/components available on the market and analyses technical trends to help define future product range. Participates to brainstorming on product range evolution.Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.Maintains and develops product manufacturing database, procedures and instructions.Ensures the ISO requirements are met in the technical field.Completes new product developments by training and guiding assembly technicians.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.$60 - $70k (possibly more for degree, experience, and so on) salariedYear end holiday bonuses based on company performance, and so onRelocation assistance case by case
