In this role you conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and control systems. You will be responsible for maintaining production equipment in production and building equipment to include mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, troubleshooting and repair of plant air, pneumatic, vacuum, hydraulic and electronic systems to the component level. Must know control logic and have the ability to maintain/troubleshoot at the component level. Common mechanical equipment you will maintain are drive systems, bearings, waters pumps and rotary valves. Experience with 480V electrical systems is a bonus. You will learn not only the electrical aspects of their systems but also mechanical. To be competitive for this role you must have strong electrical/electronic experience and an interest in learning the mechanical side. You will train on the day shift and once up to speed, will transition to nights (up to one year). Work patterns are 12 hour shifts working 7 out of every 14 days rotating weekends on and off. You'll need to be good at working independently as on the night shift you will not be supervised. Compensation is $30/hr + a shift differential (8%) + Annual 4% Bonus. Looking at $65-70k+ annually before overtime. Also eligible for an annual performance bonus, competitive benefits package, and 401k.
