**Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Test Technician**
**Job Description**
Join a team building the leading innovative product that is the future of electric motors for data centers! The Test Technician will work closely with a team of 5-10 manufacturing/test technicians to perform testing of electric motors. This will include running and monitoring tests on dynos as well as electromechanical functionality testing. This role may include the assembly of test stands as well. Mechanical assembly skills using hand or power tools are preferred.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform testing of electric motors, including running and monitoring tests on dynos.
+ Conduct electromechanical functionality testing.
+ Assemble test stands as needed.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for mechanical assembly.
+ Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
+ Work self-sufficiently without fully spelled out processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of electromechanical device or equipment testing experience.
+ 1-2+ years of work experience using hand and power tools to assemble a product/device involving multiple steps.
+ Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds.
+ High initiative and ability to work without fully defined work instructions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience working within a start-up or R&D environment.
+ Soldering experience.
+ Experience with electric motors.
