Watt-ever youre after, were sure joule find it at Thern, Inc. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you would be responsible for the assembly of products such as electrical panels, wire harnesses and sub-assemblies per specifications utilizing production orders, schematics and assembly drawings.

**Responsibilities:** Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints, ladder logic diagrams and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.

* Assemble standard and special motor controls for electric winch motor starters and programmable variable frequency drives, using standard electrical practices according to schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

* Use a variety of hand/power tools and electrical test equipment following appropriate methods and procedures to complete mechanical assembly of components or products, and prepare products and other items for shipment.

* Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, during or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards.

* Ability to follow electrical schematics to build electrical controls with a keen understanding of electrical safety.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.

**Qualifications:**

* Familiarity or experience with the National Electrical Code

* Familiarity or experience with Underwriters Laboratories standards, specifically UL 508

* Ability to read an electrical schematic and a mechanical blueprint

* Ability to use and interpret a digital multimeter

* Familiarity or experience with neat wiring practices

* Familiarity or experience with single and three phase power systems

* Familiarity or experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and both analog and digital circuits
