Job Title: Electromechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionThe electromechanical assembler will work with electrical and electronic components. This role involves following repetitive production standards, having manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude. The position is responsible for the caulking of large and small complex parts from start to finish using a caulking tool and following work instructions. It is detail-oriented and involves maneuvering in tight spaces.
Responsibilities- Wire, assemble, and install electrical and electronic components according to blueprint specifications.
- Perform tests on finished products before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- High voltage assembly.
- Lithium battery installation, handling, and testing.
- Electrical circuit/circuit breaker assembly.
- Cable harness and wire harness assembly.
Essential Skills- Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with assembly, electrical, and mechanical production.
- Proficiency in soldering, schematic reading, and using hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other product specification documents.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High School or GED Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Beneficial experience in soldering and wiring.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Work EnvironmentThis position will work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to heavy equipment, machinery, and related noise levels. The role frequently requires walking, standing, bending, squatting, and continuous movement throughout the shift. Must be capable of lifting 0-50 lbs. in the proper ergonomic position.
