Are you ready to power up your career and keep the wheels of innovation turning? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Electro-Mechanic to join our awesome team and keep our state-of-the-art dairy food manufacturing and packaging equipment in tip-top shape!
What You'll Do:
Be the Hero! - When a production line halts, you're the go-to responder, swiftly diagnosing and fixing issues with your expert team of operators, mechanics, and lab techs.
Keep Us Rolling! - Conduct scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance to ensure our machinery is always running smoothly.
Be the Detective! - Investigate production problems, examine parts for defects, and use your keen eye to spot and fix issues before they become problems.
Tech Wizardry! - Use electrical diagrams, voltmeters, and other testing devices to diagnose and repair malfunctions.
Maintenance Maestro! - Review and complete maintenance reports, plan activities, and ensure everything is documented perfectly.
Safety Champion! - Support our GMP, food safety, and food quality programs to ensure top-notch standards are always met.
What You Bring:
Experience Matters! - At least 3 years in high-speed industrial manufacturing maintenance and 2 years in pneumatics and hydraulics.
Tech-Savvy! - Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand complex machinery.
Skill Set! - Proficiency with mechanical and electrical systems, including AC/DC motors, hydraulic systems, and programmable logic controllers.
Positive Vibes! - Maintain a harassment-free, positive working environment.
Flexible Hours! - Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
