Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionAssemble mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of production for various housings, control panels, and automation controls.You will need to read basic prints to assemble the parts, including using drills, tweezers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and other basic hand toolsRead, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and productsUtilize hand held tools such as a hand held screw and drill gunPerforming soldering, which is the process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal (solder) into the jointMaintain inventory of product in work stationsPerform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standardsIdentify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identifiedRework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changesPerform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety proceduresMaintain a clean and safe work areaShift: 7-3:30 Monday/ FridayWork EnvironmentClean, well-lit, well-organized environment.
