Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience as an Assistant Electronic Assembler or 2 years of related experience.
Skills:
- Ability to read and understand product documentation in English.
- Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Capable of working in all areas of electronic production.
- If working in coating, must be able to wear a respirator for extended periods.
Duties:
- Tasks may include masking, unmasking, coating circuit boards, cutting, stripping, tinning wires, preparing subassemblies, and basic soldering.
- Use of basic hand tools, small air/electric tools, and presses.
- May assist with operating production machines like the wave solder or SMT machine.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- IPC and J-standard certification is a plus.
