Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler for our client located in Ronkonkoma, NY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assembling electronic components and working with small parts in a manufacturing or production environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team with a focus on quality and precision.Requirements: Previous experience in electronic assembly or a related field is preferred. hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Familiarity with soldering techniques and electronic assembly tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or electronics environment. IPC certification or equivalent experience (a plus, but not required). salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Assemble electronic components, circuits, and systems based on provided blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions. Solder and de-solder components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly tasks. Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring they adhere to client specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
