Job Overview:As an Electronics Operator I, you will assemble and test small, electro-mechanical products in a precise and timely manner. This role requires careful handling of electronic components, use of hand tools, and attention to quality standards to ensure each product meets high performance criteria.
What You'll Do:
- Work in a team-based manufacturing cell to assemble and test complex, small electronics
- Perform inspections to verify parts meet production specifications and standards
- Assemble and test devices efficiently, meeting key performance indicators for timeliness and quality
- Identify and document any errors in production
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely attendance
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English
- Skill in assembling small, delicate components efficiently and accurately
- Basic computer skills and math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
- Experience working in a cell-based manufacturing environment is a plus
Things to Consider:
- Repetitive motion and fine detail work for extended periods
- Ability to sit and use hands and fingers for typing, assembly, and small component handling
