Job DescriptionBrief Description: Come build a career at Captor Corporation. Assemble military and aerospace electronics in a friendly and temperature controlled environment. This position is responsible for the successful assembly of Captor's products as defined by Captor's build documentation, process specifications, and training (both classroom and on-the-job). Job Description: • Work with your hands to solder and assemble electronics and hardware• Verify dimensions of parts to technical drawings using tools such as calipers and height gauges• Accurately assemble materials with quality and on-time• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders, or instructions• Adhere to all product and process documentation• Read and interpret electrical schematics• Ensures proper safety and housekeeping standards• Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits• Work with Quality team to resolve issues in a timely fashion• Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School education or equivalent experience • Good hand/eye coordination; able to work with small parts and assemblies • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical drawings, and procedure manuals • Computer literacy • Flexible to changing work assignments • Communicates effectively with management and team members. Level 2 • 3-6 years of experience• Able to perform intermediate level, non-repetitive tasks• Able to read and interpret product technical drawings• Able to analyze problems and recommend solutions• Works under minimum supervision Shift: 1st Primary Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm Salary Range: Starting at $19.00 an hourWe offer a competitive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and a profit sharing program.
