Location: Chaska, MN Type of job: Temp-to-hire Pay: $19.00-23.00 per hour, depending on experience, paid weekly! Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am -3:30 pm, potential overtime Job Description: As an Electronic Assembler, you will install electrical wiring and assemblies, layout diagrams, and soldering according to specifications and quality standards. Key responsabilities:
- Install and wire devices such as switches, meters, analyzers, transmitters, etc.
- Cuts, strips, bends, and forms wire cable, conduit, pipe, and tubing used to connect circuits and subassemblies.
- Connects color-coded wires using mirrors in compact areas.
- Solders connections and crimps connectors to wire ends.
- Adjusts electrical assemblies as required.
- Discusses errors in diagrams or during production with the Electrical Lead or Engineer to clarify assembly problems.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in assembly, measuring, hand tools, and machine operating
- Must know how to read and use a tape measure, as well as the ability to do fractions
- Blueprint reading skills are a plus
- Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
