If you are passionate about precision, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a difference in the electronics manufacturing industry, this role is for you!What You'll Do Every Day:Inspect & Ensure Quality: Examine in-process and final electronic assemblies, including populated PCBs, using work instructions and IPC criteria.Problem Solving: Identify and document nonconformance issues, helping to ensure only top-quality products reach our customers.Collaboration: Communicate inspection results with production teams and management to keep projects moving and maintain high standards.Quality Control: Verify that outgoing products meet Spartronics' and customer specifications, playing a vital role in delivering excellence.RequirementsThe experience we're looking for to add to the team:EducationHigh School diploma or GED (Required)Associate degree, or vocational/Technical degree in technical or engineering field (preferred)J-Std and IPC--600 or IPC--610 certifications within 90 days of employment1--3 years of related work experience in electronics manufacturing or quality inspection.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesAll applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
