Provides leadership, management, planning and coordination with instruction of students, student enrollment and advisement, student recruiting and retention, marketing and the provision of services to the College and community. Includes curriculum and instructional development, assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes. Advise and support transfer programs. Minimum and Additional Requirements Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to a baccalaureate degree; Doctor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or Master's degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline. Preferred Qualifications Five years experience in the field preferred. P E License and/or Project Lead the Way certification preferred. Teaching experience at the community or technical college level preferred.
