Join our team and make a meaningful impact!Position Summary:The EHR Coordinator is responsible for providing support to staff in the use and training of Triumph's EHR systems. Develop and maintain user manuals and documentation for the organization's electronic health record system, ensuring they remain up to date. Facilitate continuous improvement through refresher training and job aids.Establish and ahere to protocols for issue resolution, including IT escalation to an external helpdesk. Handle all incoming requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Review and revise files, removing unnecessary documents. Modify client programs, and revoke authorization on signed documents to enable staff to make necessary corrections.Perform essential administrative tasks within the electronic health record and related applications.Responsible for all aspects of organizational and provider credentialing with all payers.Adheres to protocols for submitting required Behavioral Health Data System (BHDS) information to proper agencies. Ensures submitted data has been validated and is accurate and free from errors.Generates reports and compiles requested information in a timely manner.Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSEducation:Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience and training in related field required.Experience:Previous systems administration experience preferredPrevious Behavioral Health experience preferredLicenses/Certificates/Registration:Valid drivers license and insurance requiredWORKING CONDITIONSComprehensionAbility to understand, remember, and apply oral and written instructions or other information.Reasoning and Decision MakingAbility to plan, organize, and carry out assignments from management staff with minimal direction.Ability to analyze situations and make decisions that moderately impact the immediate work unit.OrganizationAbility to organize and prioritize job duties effectively and timely, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.CommunicationAbility to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, and communicate orally.Physical requirements for this position include hearing, seeing, smelling, speaking, feeling, reaching, pinching, and repetitive motions.This position requires standing, walking, and bending for long periods.This position may require exerting up to 40 pounds of force to lift, carry, pull, or move objects.Triumph Treatment Services complies with federal and state laws and applicable discrimination regulations based on any protected class as defined by law.
