Our client is one of the nation's leading manufacturers of shipboard systems for communication, navigation and switching. They build high-quality, standard, and custom products for military and commercial use, including sound powered telephones. They are looking for a Field Service Technician who can travel to customer sites, the biggest and most frequent one being the U.S. Navy.They are looking for electronic test technicians who will be a member of the quality assurance team that plays a key role in testing and troubleshooting production electronics components and assemblies. Their products include announcing and intercom, IC switchboards, communication terminals, dial telephone and IVCS, fire detection and suppression, loudspeakers and audio projection, misc. shipboard equipment, monitoring and alarms, shipboard cabinets and enclosures, ship's navigation and handling and sound powered telephones. You will work a normal day shift from 7am ? 330pm with overtime offered if you are interested. This is an excellent opportunity since you will be working on things that you are already familiar with.Base salary, full benefits, with a travel bonus. Travel is15% or less to customer sites.
