Come be part of this exciting time. Join us! Responsibilities In this role, you perform a wide variety of assembly operations, creating precision electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies. Wire bonding experience is imperative to be successful in this role. Assemble electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, routers, and process sheets using the appropriate tools and machinery Assemble using solder, fasteners and adhesives in building up electronic assemblies, ensuring compliance to requirements and performing rework as required Assembly operations can include: wire termination, installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, capacitors, resistors or other electronic components Wire and ribbon bonding using assorted sizes of gold wire and ribbon Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications Minimum: HS Diploma or GED 1+ years' experience in Assembly Wire bonding skills required Preferred: 2+ years' experience in Assembly preferred Able to interpret and understand instructions, including technical drawings Current solder experience (J-STD certification) Continuous improvement mindset Demonstrated Time management and organization skills Assembly in defense, aerospace, or military work environment Able to work under a microscope using epoxies, wire and ribbon bond using semi-automated bonding equipment, hand tools, measurement tools Preference for a team-oriented work environment, where all are focused on what matters most - our customer's needs Hourly Range: $20 - $28 hourly (Eatontown, NJ) Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
