DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build up and manage electronic engineering team with professional capability to meet **** business demand and growth (Manager)Plan and implement design and testing toolsManage the team to complete product design on scheduleSet up and implement systematic and efficient methods for team's feasibility studydesigndesign reviewdebugging/problem solvingManage engineering team to meet required/targeted disciplineproductivityon-time delivery professionalismOptimize working model between engineering team and manufacturing vendors (such as PW) to bring design to sample, pilot run or mass production timelyDefine EVT and DVT's test items and template and implementation on new product's EVT/DVT's reportImplement DFX methodologies – Design for Cost/Manufacturing/Quality/Service, etc.Implement risk management and analysis methodologies in designContinue to increase design engineering's capability, problem solving skills and technological knowledgeDefine job description for all level engineers REQUIREMENTS B.S or M.S Engineering or equivalent experience Hands-on (testing, verifying and validating) experience of hardware Knowledge of network architecture and Operating Systems2 years of experience in PC, IPC or embedded PC industries Good trouble shooting and communication skillsBilingual Mandarin prefer Page 1 of 2
