Job DescriptionIndustry leading provider of technical products and solutions is in search of an Electronics Packaging Engineer.   • Work with a team developing secure, trusted technology for use in DoD systems.
  • Become a trusted source for development and production of electronics for use on systems requiring protected technology.
  • Develop package process engineering for use on future development and prototyping efforts.
  • Support a variety of efforts with a focus on defining mechanical outline and construction details, connector selection and specification, mechanical and assembly drawings, oversee electrical layout
  • Produce the final technical data package.
Skills / Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Computer, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant STEM discipline).
  • 2+ years of experience in the design and test of electronics packaging for military, industry, or aerospace applications
  • Experience with semiconductor chip packaging
  • Experience with Advanced packaging, such as 2.5D Heterogenous Integration, for combining chips into packages for lower power and cost
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret DoD security clearance, for which US Citizenship is a prerequisite. (Priority will be placed on those candidates who already hold a TS clearance.)
