Provides direction for extra-curricular activities. Has responsibility for academic support, staff evaluation, staff support, administration, and community involvement as directed by the Principal.EXAMPLES OF SPECIFIC DUTIES 1. Discipline support for classroom teachers and referrals from bus driver. 2. General discipline on the school campus. 3. Guidance to meet individual student needs 4. Supervision at extra-curricular activities.5. Assists in curriculum development, testing and evaluation of a specific part of the curriculum as directed by the Principal. 6. Help determine and implement the practices and procedures regarding the internal administration of the school.7. Participate in planning, implementing and evaluating all internal training or development activity for all members of the staff.8. Communicates with parents on pupil problems, needs and progress including the nature of the educational program.9. In emergency situations, acts as substitute until a certificated substitute can be supplied. 10. Maintains and adds to skills through professional growth activities. 11. Internal administration of inventory supplies, textbooks, learning centers, A.V. equipment, and student lockers. 12. Prepare and monitor yard duty schedule, interview and supervise noon duty aides. 13.
