Great teachers in these schools strengthen the entire community and its future.Who Our Students Need We are looking for recent college graduates, professionals from various fields, and uncertified education support staff who are ready to step into teaching Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or Secondary Math. Maybe you've built a successful career and now want to share your knowledge and make a positive impact. Perhaps you're a recent graduate with a degree in math, or you enjoy working with children and you want to take it to the next level. No matter your background, you see the potential in every child and are eager to help them succeed. We are looking for great people to teach: •Early Childhood Education (PK-2) •Elementary (K-5) •Secondary Math (7-12) Requirements
- Bachelor's degree by June 2025*
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Not already a certified teacher
- Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.0*A minimum of 24 college-level credit hours in mathematics are required for Secondary Math.

- Classroom-Centered Experience: Fellows take part in a six-week training program focused on real teaching experience in summer classrooms. This hands-on approach allows you to practice essential skills while working directly with students. Training is free, but you'll cover expenses for background checks, fingerprinting, and certification exam fees.
- Full Salary and Benefits: Our Fellows are hired as full-time teachers by our school partners for the 2025-26 school year. As a Fellow, you'll receive a starting salary of $58,420 plus comprehensive benefits, just like all first-year teachers in these schools.
- Certification: In your first year in the classroom, you'll earn certification through our program, which includes coursework and direct support. NTC Fellows are recognized as certified teachers with proven success. Tuition is $7,000, but scholarships may reduce your cost to $1,750, payable in 9 monthly installments. Coursework fees start after you begin teaching and earning a salary.
In addition, enrollment in TNTP's AmeriCorps program offers an award up to $7,395 for education-related expenses or student loans.
