About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Elevator Modernization Technician to upgrade and enhance existing elevator systems. Your expertise will drive safety, performance, and customer satisfaction by replacing outdated components with cutting-edge technology. You'll work with a dedicated team, ensuring each project is executed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade and modernize elevator systems using state-of-the-art technology.
  • Utilize technical expertise to execute system upgrades, including working with controllers, hydraulics, wiring, and schematics.
  • Perform detailed inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of elevators to ensure safety and performance.
  • Mentor junior technicians to foster a skilled and collaborative work environment.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues across various traction and hydraulic elevator systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in elevator service and repair, with modernization experience required.
  • Certified Elevator Technician (CET) degree or Elevator Mechanic License.
  • Proficiency in working with traction and hydraulic elevator systems.
  • Hands-on experience with tools, hydraulics, wiring, and plumbing for elevator installations and repairs.
  • Skilled in reading schematics, installing controllers, testing, and inspecting elevators.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
