Job Summary: The Elevator Worker is responsible for various tasks related to grain handling and maintenance. This role involves loading and unloading railcars and trucks, operating equipment, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Dump and load railcars and trucks efficiently.

Operate grain dryers and assist with grain handling processes.

Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean workspace.

Conduct general maintenance as needed.

Job Requirements:

Commitment to achieving a zero-injury culture by understanding and adhering to company safety procedures.

High school education or equivalent.

Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.

Meet the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.). Ability to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible enough to collaborate in a team setting when required.

Maintain a professional image and exhibit a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
