About the Job:

The Executive Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Operational Excellence Team and Senior Executives in the Center for Clinical Excellence. The incumbent will serve as an extension of the executive(s), facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization, community, and external partners; and will be part of a highly motivated, performance-driven team, committed to continuous improvement and unified in a vision for supporting culture transformation. With a strong emphasis on lean leadership, respect for people, and a growth mindset, the Executive Assistant role is key to fostering innovation and operational excellence while championing a cohesive, empowered work environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage and oversee the Executive(s) office; manage all calendar scheduling for the Executive Leaders and Team, assuring accuracy and timely input, as well as the preparation and availability of meeting materials
  • Manage on-boarding for new team members
  • Coordinate all oral and written office communications. Screen, determine and follow-up appropriate disposition of communications
  • Consult with and inform appropriate persons of situations requiring attention while exercising sound judgment with a high-level of confidentiality and sensitivity. Maintain the Executive(s) files
  • Perform routine administrative support work including, but not limited to, typing, transcribing, taking meeting minutes, filing, and photocopying and confidential assignments as required
  • Work cross-functionally with the Executive Assistant team, providing coverage and project support as required
  • Maintain a high-level of communication with the members of senior management to assure the timely and accurate sharing of information

Who You Are:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience, Required.
  • 5 years of experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment with multi-tasking, Required
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, Required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office, Required
