The Embroidery Production Specialist will effectively facilitate order flow to contractor network to achieve production and service level targets. The role will monitor contractor operational capacity and identify process improvement opportunities. The Embroidery Production Specialist will ensure a positive customer service outlook for all customers and ensure the quality standards of Peter Millar and G/FORE are met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Proactively analyze available order pool and work with DC Operations to release orders in an effective manner that meets or exceeds KPI performance expectations.
  • Ensure proper delegation of orders in the contractor network to effectively balance workloads and maximize throughout.
  • Monitor contractor performance and report on key indicators such as turn time, error rate, completion rates, and acting when needed to improve outcomes.
  • Consolidate and deliver work orders and embroidery files to contractors in an organized manner.
  • Track, monitor, and resolve all production related issues.
  • Prioritize and monitor expedited orders and ensure in hand dates are met.
  • Ensure quality standards of Peter Millar Embroidery are met.
  • Facilitate processing of returned orders. Manage the outreach, intake and fulfillment of customer barcode files needs.
  • Fully resolve inbound embroidery tickets in a timely manner.
  • Color orders as needed.
  • Identify and participate in process improvements efforts.
  • Develop and maintain Embroidery Team SOP's.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Communicates in a timely, collaborative way, and always communicates effectively and professionally with all.
  • Works independently while still balancing proper escalation on potential challenges to manager in a proactive manner.
  • Pays close attention to detail, strives for perfection, and makes the deadline.
  • Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office products; must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ensures a high level of customer service and quality experience for customers.
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in Embroidery production is a plus.
