**Unit Overview:** Level III Trauma Center seeking experienced ED nurses for fast-paced, dynamic emergency care environment. Join our collaborative team providing exceptional emergency and trauma care.
**Current Openings:**
+ Days (7a-7p): 8 positions
+ Nights (7p-7a): 8 positions
**Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:**
+ Critical Care/Trauma: 1:1-2
+ Acute Care: 1:3-4
+ Fast Track: 1:4-5
**Required Certifications:**
+ Active NY RN license (BSN preferred)
+ BLS/ACLS certification
+ PALS certification
+ TNCC certification (required within 1 year)
+ CEN preferred
+ Minimum 1 year ED experience
**Compensation Package:**
+ **Base Pay: $32.00 - $58.74/hour**
+ **Shift Differentials:**
+ Nights: 30%
+ Weekends: $3/hour
+ Critical Care: $2/hour
+ **Sign-on Bonus:** $15,000 for full-time
+ **Certification Bonus:** $3,000 for CEN
