Job Description

MUSC Health is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Nocturnist Physician to join our Regional Health Network in Lancaster and Chester, SC. The physician chosen for this opportunity will work primary from MUSC Health - Lancaster Medical Center, a community hospital that operates a moderate acuity Emergency Department in Lancaster, South Carolina, seeing approx. 38,000 patients per year. They will also take occasional shifts at MUSC Health – Chester Medical Center, in Chester, SC.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing fast, expert treatment for complex injuries, life-threatening illnesses, and serious health complications like heart attack and stroke. About our opportunity:

  • Must be ABEM BE/BC
  • Will work primarily at Lancaster Medical Center with some shifts at Chester Medical Center
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 85% adults and 15% pediatrics
  • Radiology, Lab, Anesthesia, Ortho, Vascular, Cath Lab and Surgical Services available
