Shift length is 12hrs working 4 on 8 off with opportunity for picking up other shifts/sites.Retirement:401KImmediate eligibility for employee contribution and employer matchingour match is 3% of gross pay up to IRS limitsProfit Sharing (Combined with Match Goal of 10%) - 7%An example of what that would mean for you based on the above salary in 2024 is this:Your max contribution by IRS limits for 2024 $23,000.00401K match (NEC) $ 9,635.402024 profit sharing $24,852.60$54,218.00The profit-sharing portion is contributed on your behalf each year of your employment. Documentation completed on Meditech EMR.- Mid-level support for the main ER from 7:30a-12a daily. (24 hours w/overlap)- Separate Fast Track staffed by MLP when demand dictates.
