Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a good understanding of the commercial insurance marketplace including claims strategy and supply chain management for Insurers, Loss Adjusters and Brokers.
- Maintaining a detailed understanding of designated client accounts and prospective clients, ensuring all relevant information is maintained and updated.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company's products and services, competitors, and relevant organizations.
- Actively pursue business opportunities within prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business, specifically within the Large Loss Department.
- Work in close conjunction and assist the marketing department with relevant marketing activities and events and provide regular client feedback.
Ideal candidates will have existing relationship/account management and business development experience within multifamily, military and companies that own or manage multiple facilities across the country.

Candidates should also be prepared to travel nationally with flexible working hours and occasional overnight stays where necessary and should hold a current driving license. Necessary Experience and Skill Set: A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience Experience with sales and marketing within the commercial sector Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills Strong business and financial background and process- and results-driven attitude Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired. Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.Formal Education/Training: Bachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.Physical and Work Environment Requirements:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Travel is up to 50 percent overnight travel.
