What You'll Do:

✅ Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions based on each patient's unique needs

✅ Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, from LPNs to nursing technicians, ensuring safe, high-quality care

✅ Educate patients and families on health management, treatment, and post-discharge care

✅ Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, engage in professional development, and mentor new team members and student nurses

What We're Looking For:

• Education: BSN degree required
• Experience: 2-3 years in a Level I/II Trauma Center
• Certifications: TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS, AHA Stroke certification
• Skills: Proficient in BHMC's electronic records, ventilator/tracheostomy management, gastrostomy care, medication titration, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration

Schedule:

🌙 Nights | 8 PM - 8:30 AM | 3 Days per Week & Every Other Weekend
