- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in New York is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital work, preferably at a comparable law firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in math and Excel.
- Ability to manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
- Stellar academic credentials and strong references.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle, including business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise venture capital funds and other investors in high-value transactions.
- Work closely with a collaborative team of experienced practitioners on sophisticated, national-level matters.
