JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for a Data Analyst to join Client to be part of our data insights journey. This candidate will be responsible for process mining activities to generate insights from cloud-based SaaS application log data.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• 4+ years as a cloud analyst or similar role.• Affinity for creative problem solving.• Experience with Web Analytics tools (Gainsight, Google Analytics, etc).• Understanding of cloud-based SaaS software architectures.• Understanding of telemetry data, its uses, and applications.• Ability to analyze and explain complex log files.• Experience with data aggregation techniques and log data pipelining / ETL processes.• Familiarity with current state of LLMs and AI technology (including hyperpersonalization).• Experience with Python or other data relevant scripting languages preferred (data manipulation and insights from large data sets).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Comfortable working in a dynamically changing environment.• Comfortable working with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your creativity and analytical skills to deliver best-in-class solutions.• Degree in a STEM field.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Mine and analyze company and external datasets to build understanding of user journeys.• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data wrangling techniques.• Develop data extraction and integration modules for batch and incremental data flow from various data sources, including log files and web analytics tools.• Understand Machine Learning techniques, the data requirements, and the tools and libraries used.• Demonstrate a drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.• Value positive company culture and help foster a positive working environment.Education: Bachelors Degree
