Role Description

This is a full-time Employee Benefits Account Manager role at TSM Insurance located in Modesto, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, providing guidance on benefit plans, conducting plan reviews, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits consulting or account management
• Strong understanding of employee benefit plans, compliance, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, provide recommendations, and solve problems
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR and benefits software systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
