In addition, we offer an outstanding compensation and benefits package including educational assistance and a 401(k) plan with company match.Job DetailsPosition Overview:Provide dedicated service to clients in partnership with the Risk Advisor, managing a portfolio of clients independently. Develop a deep understanding of each assigned client's needs, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction across all accounts.Position Summary:Outlined below are the general duties, qualifications, and skills required for this role. Comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing education will be provided to help the new team member meet these responsibilities effectively.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Senior Client Manager and/or Risk Advisors to develop marketing strategies tailored to clients' needs. Complete submissions for both new and renewal accounts to insurance carriers. Prepare proposals, negotiate coverage terms, and secure optimal pricing.Oversee the end-to-end New Business and Renewal process. Coordinate with carriers to determine plan benefits, rates, and contract terms.Create and deliver spreadsheets, presentations, and proposals for new and renewal business, ensuring coverage terms and pricing align with client expectations.Send and receive BOR (Broker of Record) letters to carriers and set up clients in the EPIC system.Initiate contact with clients to introduce yourself, collect any additional information, and establish a strong working relationship.Plan and conduct open enrollment meetings.Submit applications and other required forms to carriers, conduct audits 45 days post-effective date, and finalize termination of previous policies within 15 days of the new policy's effective date.Foster positive, proactive relationships with clients and insurance providers. Proactively check in with clients quarterly to offer support and assistance.Handle new hire enrollments, changes, terminations, and ensure data integrity in the Agency Management System for all policy records.Manage client inquiries regarding claims, billing issues, and premium discrepancies, as well as COBRA administration questions.Respond promptly to all client, carrier, or member inquiries, typically within 24 hours.Escalate urgent issues to the Risk Advisor as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree5+ years of experience in Employee BenefitsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Compensation:The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000, based on experience, skills, and knowledge.
