- General Description: Responsible for analyzing information and preparing the client financial reports (dashboards) for the region
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing the client financial reports (dashboards) for the region
- Gather necessary reports from carrier and/or analysts
- Review reports for accuracy
- Example: 2 claimants with same SSN, Dx, Relationship, Plan should be questioned
- Ask questions of carrier if something does not make sense
- Did historical claims change significantly, why?
- Manipulate data received to prepare for data entry (apply account structures as needed, pivot data, combine data from different reports)
- Match/combined multiple reports based on unique IDs
- Send claims report to Patra (3rd party) with outlined instructions to enter data into database
- Manage relationship with both entities of Patra used
- CED Data Entry (data entry)
- CRR (reporting)
- Work with client's assigned analyst
- Manage relationship with both entities of Patra used
- Run client specific dashboards from PowerBi and ensure the output is correct based on reviewed data entry
- Update/tweak outputs based on client needs (should be minimal)
- Review data entered by CED
- Review report exported by PowerBi

- Clear communication skills
- Outline how data should be entered by CED
- Strong Time management and organizational skills - there are about 272 clients that currently have experience - there will be some crossover with analysts due to capacity.
- High School Graduate. College degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
- Ability to manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
