Expected salary range of $117,000 to $130,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
This Employee Concerns Program Representative is for the Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA (near Harrisburg).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provides day-to-day oversight and administration of the site Employee Concerns Program. Investigates employee issues at the assigned facility, and assists with investigations at other facilities under the direction of the Corporate Employee Concerns Manager (ECM). Monitors health of the Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE) to identify any emergent issues, and provides critical feedback to Station Leadership with respect to SCWE behaviors. Supports the Independent Oversight function at the direction of the ECP Manager.
