Compensation: $27.00 - $33.00/hourly

Status: Part -Time

Category: Non-Exempt

Shift: Four 5-hour workdays, with a 5-hour flexible schedule on weekends required

Reports to: CEO

Location: Ewing, NJ

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Part Time Employee Engagement Facilitator to join our team and play a pivotal role in cultivating a thriving agency culture. This position will focus on creating engaging experiences that inspire employees to connect, collaborate, and build lasting relationships. You will oversee a complex schedule of events, ensure timely delivery of initiatives, and maintain effective communication with employees to encourage engagement. This is a field-based role, with access to a company vehicle. This is a 25-hour work week (four 5 hour days with a 5-hour flex schedule on weekends required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, execute, and follow up on a wide range of special events, initiatives, and programs designed to foster employee engagement and connection.
  • Organize and manage a diverse calendar of events, from social gatherings to professional development workshops, ensuring smooth execution and maximum participation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with front-line employees, and organize outreach programs to promote community engagement and employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage community connection meetings, propose and implement community-based programs, partnerships, and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage volunteer committees, including recreation, career development, and culture.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of all initiatives.
  • Establish and oversee the implementation of marketing schedules, utilizing web, email, print, and social media communications.
  • Track and analyze event metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future programming.
  • Serve as a liaison, routing questions, comments, and concerns from the field and community to management for resolution.
  • Create strategies and initiatives to boost morale, inspire teams, and maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Provide essential administrative support to carry out the agency's business, including mailing meeting notices, distributing documentation, file management, database maintenance, and more.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in association management, employee engagement, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and events simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and relevant software.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than three suspensions or points in the past three years).
