We invite qualified candidates to apply for our Employee Experience Associate position!The Employee Experience Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining exceptional employee experience through managing various administrative and support functions for the Office of the Vice President. In this position, the Associate will serve as liaison between UDRI and the Office of Human Resources, the primary point of contact for new hires within UDRI, facilitating a welcoming environment and efficient onboarding process. They will also manage the out-processing for departing employees, ensuring a seamless transition. The Associate will support hiring functions by collaborating with organizational managers to streamline processes and improve candidate experiences, ensuring the recruitment of top talent. Additionally, in coordination and consultation with the Office of Human Resources, they will develop and manage recognition programs, including retirement acknowledgments, milestone events, and core values awards, while overseeing the recognition budget. Operational support is a key aspect of the role, with responsibilities including organizing administrative tasks, creating and analyzing reports, managing meeting spaces and organizational memberships, and handling supply inventory and purchasing card reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment is essential.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and three years of experienceExperience working collaboratively on diverse, multi-faceted teams to achieve desired outcomes.Clear and accurate written, oral, interpersonal communication skills.Exceptional organizational and documentation skills and ability to adapt to a variety of assignments, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat ProHigh attention to detail and critical thinking skills.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many interruptions.Willingness and ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to fulfill job functions.Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen.Preferred Qualifications:Two years of experience providing exceptional customer service.Demonstrated experience in organizational recruiting.Demonstrated experience with organizational onboarding or offboarding.Demonstrated experience managing recognition programs or morale enhancing events.Experience successfully working with constituents of all levels across the organization.Experience with Government contracting and/or sponsored research administration.Ability to effectively write procedures.Demonstrated experience arranging and managing calendars, stakeholder meetings, events, or other similar objectives.Experience with Jaggaer procurement system and/or Deltek Costpoint.Special Instructions to Applicants:To apply please submit a cover letter addressing each minimum qualification and any applicable preferred qualifications that you meet.Closing Statement:Informed by its Catholic and Marianist mission, the University is committed to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
