The Opportunity:

As Employee Experience Partner, you will support the Employee Experience function for Sephora US. You will work with employees, people leaders and cross-functional business partners to re-imagine the employee experience and proactive labor strategy here at Sephora. You will be a culture champion and a positive, proactive intermediary between employees and leadership. Reporting to the Employee Experience Manager, you will have the flexibility to think creatively and outside of the box on strategic initiatives involving our people.

In addition, you will...

  • Conduct training, roundtables, and listening sessions on employee sentiment and related engagement topics at various locations companywide.
  • Design, collect, and analyze data to identify trends and potential risk areas associated with climate surveys and assessments.
  • Leverage deep business understanding to identify labor issues, diagnose root causes, provide insights, offer recommendations, and develop proactive solutions to solve pressing business objectives through people lens.
  • Provide insight and feedback to business leaders, representing the voice of employees.
  • Advise, mentor and guide people leaders, to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skills.
  • Advise HRBPs, Employee Relations, Legal and business leaders to help facilitate organizational changes and respond to employee feedback with respect to labor issues.
  • Collaborate with ER, HRBP and Legal teams to analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee and labor relations.
  • Participate in or manage projects and initiatives led by the Employee Experience team as needed.
  • Travel as needed, at times with little notice. (up to 40%)

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

  • Experience in Employee Relations and Labor Relations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting business leaders, responding to labor matters, and driving employee engagement activities across a large multi-site organization (>10,000 employees).
  • Consulting and Collaboration – skilled at consulting with a wide variety of partners and navigating uncharted territory.
  • Project management and change management experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $128,435.00 - $143,545.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and geographic location. Individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
