The Employee Health Assistant will:
- Manage employee health files
- Assist with employee orientations
- Drug and alcohol screen collections (training required/provided)
- Support the Emergency Response Team with any CPR or first aid needs
- Conduct checks on and maintain first aid kits and AEDs throughout the plant
The Employee Health Assistant should:
- Be proficient in navigating Microsoft Office Suite
- Have the ability to communicate with all plant and office staff, to work independent of supervision, and speak in front of various sized groups.
- Enjoy learning new things
- Feel comfortable working in an office and manufacturing environment that requires PPE to be worn.
- Maintain full confidentiality of employee records and comply with all HIPPA standards
This is a part-time role reporting to our Employee Health Nurse that will work a maximum of 12 hours/week.
