Position Summary:The Employee Health Coordinator serves as liaison between clinic staff, leadership, ancillary departments and our caregiver population. This position provides access to caregivers for a variety of services, and answers questions for both caregivers and their managers. Duties include coordinating all daily functions of the office: scheduling, fielding phone, email and walk-in questions, onboarding requirements, processing appropriate referrals, follow-up, maintaining files, forms and processes both in written and electronic format. This position understands all facets of the service and provides suggestions for improvements. The Coordinator functions as the department level administrator for Pure OHS and is responsible for optimal function of the system, troubleshooting, maintenance, reporting, and system security. This position has access to confidential and sensitive information, has patient contact and may be trained to perform non-licensed clinical tasks, such as TB reads and fit testing. The Employee Health Coordinator works collaboratively with all members of the Employee Health team as well as System leadership, Human Resources, Occupational Health, and all ancillary departments to ensure the best possible outcome for our caregivers, and regulatory compliance for Adena Health System.

Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent education + experience Major/Area of Concentration: Health Care Administration or related field

Required Experience: 2 years Employee Health or Occupational Health

Preferred Experience: Clerical Team Lead
