The Commons on Meridian is now hiring an Employee Liaison Representative What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?
- Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion
- Assist in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting of positions, pre-screening, scheduling interviewsfor appropriate managers, checking references and submitting background checks.
- Works with department leaders to finalize interviews, assist with job offers and arrange for new hire orientations.
- Coordinates new employee orientation to review HR policies, and performs introductions to the community teammembers, residents and family members.
Requirements
- Prefer an Associate's degree or higher
- 1-3 years of HR and recruiting experience
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
