The Commons on Meridian is now hiring an Employee Liaison RepresentativeWhat will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?* Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion* Assist in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting of positions, pre-screening, scheduling interviewsfor appropriate managers, checking references and submitting background checks.* Works with department leaders to finalize interviews, assist with job offers and arrange for new hire orientations.* Coordinates new employee orientation to review HR policies, and performs introductions to the community teammembers, residents and family members.Requirements* Prefer an Associate's degree or higher* 1-3 years of HR and recruiting experience* Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.What's in it for you?
