* Ensure timely and order-specific fulfillment of delivery commitments through effective coordination between customers and internal departments, such as production.

* Plan and schedule orders independently, adhering to internal guidelines and collaborating with key interfaces (e.g., production management, quality assurance, controlling, and logistics).

* Monitor inventory levels independently to ensure stock availability and avoid disruptions.

* Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are addressed promptly.

* Update and maintain accurate master data in designated systems, such as MES and SAP.

* Organize and oversee the provision of required services, including sterilization and printing.

* Initiate necessary activity allocations, including special allocations as needed.

* Manage the procurement of production materials, including purchased parts and packaging materials.

* Support the processing of complaints and monitor blocked stock to address any issues efficiently.

* Conduct independent batch traceability in the event of complaints to identify and resolve issues.

* Participate in inventory control measures and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.

* Prepare for and participate in customer meetings as required by management.
